Are you available for our wedding date?

Finding out if your floral designer is available is the first step. If your wedding date is a year or two out, find out how far in advance you can book. A florist will need to book their delivery driver early for out-of-town weddings. Try to get an idea of how big the wedding will be, by asking if they have a minimum or maximum number of arrangements that must be done per event.

Do you book more than one wedding on the same day?

Some designers will book multiple weddings on the same day. If this is something you want to avoid, find out if the florist has restrictions on having more than one wedding in a day. Decide if it's important to you to have your floral designer dedicated to your wedding date.

What is your design style?

Classic and traditional, contemporary, garden style etc. Matching your inspiration images with your floral designer's portfolio will make sure you'll get the flowers you want!

What is your cancellation, refund, COVID policy?

Having a clear understanding of the contract and the policies it contains BEFORE signing is crucial. Especially during these times, it's important to be well aware of the different policies pertaining to COVID restrictions and see if it aligns with what you're comfortable with.

Do you offer setup, delivery and teardown?

A full service wedding includes delivering your personal flowers, setting up your floral pieces and cleaning and collecting flowers/rentals at the end of the night. Check with your designer if they offer this service and the cost associated with it.
